PLEASE NOTE: "Won't draw" is, by and large, not a moral judgement of this content (with the obvious exception of "hateful content"!). It's only a protection of my personal comfort. Thank you for your understanding.
Terms & Conditions (Simplified)
Before the commission order is confirmed, you will be sent a more detailed version of my Terms and Conditions to review. If you have any concerns, please let me know!
I, the artist:
Require a reference for any character I draw- the clearer the better.
Reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason, although this will not occur unless exceptional circumstances arise. This type of cancellation will result in a full refund regardless of how far the artwork has progressed, unless it was due to a violation of my TOS.
Retain all copyrights over the completed artwork.
Will NOT claim IP (intellectual property) over the completed work and the characters therin.
Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork UNLESS you violate these terms of service. However, I reserve the right to repost and republish my art anywhere, including Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, art books, portfolios, etc., without notice; the fact that it was a commission will be clearly stated.
You, the client:
Have the right to repost the art anywhere, and use it for personal use only, without credit. However, my watermark may not be removed. Doing so is a violation of my copyright.
May NOT use the art for profit in any way, including but not limited to selling prints, reselling, redistributing, involving in NFT services, etc.
May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent after the commission has been finalised.
Retain the rights to your intellectual property (IP).
May NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes of any kind- contact me for further information. Commissions must be for personal use only.
May NOT involve my art with A.I. (artificial intelligence) in any way. Use of my art as data for an algorithm or A.I. is a violation of my copyright.
Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the commission without refund. Violation of these terms when the commission is completed will also result in action to protect my copyright and rights as an artist.
All commissions are for digital files only. You will not recieve a physical product.
No refunds on completed commissions can be issued.
